The court within whose jurisdiction the branch of the bank where the payee maintains the account is situated, will have jurisdiction to try the offence. Thus, You need to get a legal notice issued from a place where you maintained a bank account. Please note it needs to be issued within 30 days from the date of dishonour of cheque

You should send the legal notice from any part of India as sending the legal notice dosent have jurisdiction conflict. however, when a case is filed under section 138 Ni act. then, the case has to be filed where the drawee maintains the account which in your case will be in Delhi. so, my advice for you will be to send the legal notice from Delhi and file a case at Delhi as well.

hello client aa i can see your issue you have defines here is babout ni 138 case in your matter as you have mentiones tht your bank is in delhi then you have to send noticw from delhi itself as well as you have to file your casw also in delhi only.

The legal notice can be sent from Delhi.
in cases involving bouncing of cheque the person in whose favour the cheque is issued can send the legal notice within 15 days from the date of knowledge
