Q: Public toilet built just back of my house by municipal corporation

A public toilet is built just back of my house.The rear wall of that toilet touching and being parallel to the rear wall of my house,Not only this but also Adjacent to that toilet is garbage dumping site and the place had become abode for thousands of mice.They have dug out a passage to my home.Now their is mice menace nCan toilet and dumping site be removed?What should I do?nnPlease advice!

you should file a complaint before municipal authority. also file a complaint at nearest police station. you can also file a injuction suit before district court against the authority for the dumping or creating a unhygienic place

Q: Running a job consultancy in a residential flat

There is a job placement consultancy been run in a residential flat with full occupancy and lot of public activity on a daily basis. I am also the owner of the flat in the same building and facing issues with people parking there vehicle and visiting the consultancy, smoking and talking loudly. Due to all this it becomes very uncomfortable and there is a sense of fear of an unknown person entering the premises. This all is happening from almost 6 years and I requested the owner of the property to cooperate, but of no luck. Instead he/ she tell me that there are many placement agencies operational from residential flats. nnI am looking for a help as to who to approach and what action to take if a final talk with the property owner does not turn to be positive.

you can approach concerned police station.if they dont take any legal action you can file an case against the company and owner of that flat at concerned court for nuisance file a case of temperory injunction in court to stay on them or do any activity.

Q: My property is getting damage due to illegal construction of property

An illegal construction start 5 years ago adjacent to my house due to which my personal property damaged as from the time of construction building was tilting forward and pull my building alongside. I complained in MCD many times but MCD didn't take strict action against him. Now my property getting damage continuously, What should I do now?

complaint to nearest police station acp and dcp or cp or your jurisdiction and also attached copy of complaints which you send to mcd.if no action taken by any authority you can file a suit before court for temporary stay on construction.

Q: Recovery of personal belongings

Hi, I have filed DV application against my husband. I understand that stridhan articles will be recovered during the course of proceedings in court. But how to recover my personal belongings from my matrimonial house? Court once allowed to bring back my articles in presence of Protection Officer. But how to recover some items which have left there after that and are extremely urgent (like passport, official documents etc.). Please advice.

you have to file an appropriate application and mention all articles and documents which you required from your matrimonial house. court will take up that application and give you date and one officer for execution.
