Hi, you can send your employer a Legal notice through lawyer. In case he still fails to keep sufficient funds to honour the cheque you can approach of law and file a Case under Negotiable instruments act.

Hello in this matter you give a legal notice who give you cheque if under 15 days he doesn't pay that then you file a complaint case undr 138 NI Act but firstly you meet any advocate personally who prepare your legal notice ok

Send them a demand notice for the cheque that gas bounced. This should be done within 15 days of the cheque bounce. Incase they fail to clear the dues within 30 days thereafter, proceed against them for cheque bouncing.

bouncing of cheque is an offence itself under the negotiable instrument act. if you comes in the category of workman then you can claim your salary under the payment of wages act by filing your claim before the labour officer. if you are not a workman then you will have to file a recovery suit before civil court. however you have another remedy by filing criminal complaint under 138 N.I.Act but it depends upon the date of dishonour of cheque and subsequent compliances of the said law since the proceedings under N.I.Act are time bound.
