First you wrote a amount which was your relative gave you upon the said check and thereafter you put the check before the your bank, if you have any problem with regard the check then thereafter you would Lodge case against him.

Step 1 go 2 d bank and do cheque clearance formality
Step 2 if chq clear thn no issue,
Issue wl raise whn chq disonr
Step 3 if disonr contact me

My dear friend
as you stated that your relative is not returning your money but he has given you a blank cheque. then surely he has given you that Cheque for repayment of your money. so don't worry deposit it in your account for clearance. And if dishonoured it , you are free to take the action under 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.

As per ur quarry u receive cheque against borrowed ur payment is secured ,u imidiatly deposits cheques in ur ac without delay after returned by bank give legal notice before 30 of returned date and further proceed in appropriate court rest at the time of Keating
