मेरी पुश्तनी संपति है जो सह खातेदारी में थी मेरे बाप और मेरे चाचा को डरा धमकाकर मेरे पिता के चचेरे भाइयो ने खाता अलग करवा लिया हमें सबसे कम किमत की भूमि दे दी है जो कि 10 JSL में है 8 व 9 JSL की भूमि वे अपने नाम करवा लिए है खाते का विभाजन 10 जुलाई 2024 को हुआ है और हमें कोई भी सुचना नहीं दी गई जैसे ही मुझे पता चला कि खाते का विभाजन हो गया है तो मैने विरोधी किया तो मुझे धमकी दे रहे है और कह रहे है के हमारे नाम करवा ली है हमने पटवारी को बोला तो वे कह रहे है सहमती से हुआ है अब कुछ नहीं हो सकता भी

I had sex with a call girl and the condom broke in between, also I think she recorded us having sex. What will happen if she clings to me and what are the legal aspects to be saved from her.

Q: Kindly clarify consequences of notry marriage,

Notry marriage whether its matter of 375(4)ipc,or it is void ab initio marriage, it is not legal marrige, can I do another marrige informing this issue to my husbnd in future,can any compensation be claimed if cohibitation made after notry marriage and then leaving one another after a month .

Hi thanks for query if you are in Hindu religion than you have to take Satpathy and get marriage certificate from Nagar Nigam or Nagar Palika that will be More affecting for your future than you will be safe and secure Only on notary marriage not effective other person cheat you any time it is better to get all documentation from government department instead of notary marriage

Q: 304A Medical Negligence Ruling: Doctor's Absence

A doctor performed a cesarean but patient died due to cardiac arrest on 3rd day. Doctor left town on 2nd day but was reachable by phone and suggested treatment. The patient was monitored by GNM staff and doctors unaffiliated to hospital. Despite no evidence of improper treatment found by the medical board, the court found the doctor negligent for not appointing another doctor in her absence. Was this ruling justified given her availability and the nursing staff's care?

Q: Alimony & Maintenance for me & my Son

My marriage happened in Jan 2020. After marriage my husband done so much fighting (verbally ) with me. I have one year old baby boy. In Dec 2023 I have came to my parents home & live there since Dec 23. Than I got to know that he is physically involved with other girls , going massage parlor etc.Now I want to claim maintenance for me & my son. How much maintenance & Alimony I can demand from my husband. I am housewife.My Husband salary is 20 lakhs p.a. I have all his ITR copy as well.
