Cheque bounced even after sufficient balance in the account

Sir. I had issued check for repayment of loan amount 22784.but check bounced . 590 rupees deducted from account.reason given was insufficient balance .but in my bank there are 50000 rupess. bank is not responding. What to do
Give them a notice and still in case they don't respond then file a complaint before the district consumer redressal form as the bank is deficient in rendering valuable services to you and you at liberty to get redressal of your grievance

Well do one thing write a letter to the bank along with copy of memo and account t statement and call the reason or technical.glitch in the same so that in future you dont have to face same trouble

Send a legal Notice to bank for loss u have suffered and demand for the compensation from bank .... if bank not respond your request then you can file a consumer case in your local consumer court.....

This may be the mistake of banker software. you can go through the bank statement and hopefully it rectify otherwise i suggest you to just send them a legal notice. this kind of "Cheque bounce" matter do not covered under NI Act, Such kind of matters are use to be solved through consumer court.
