no you cannot at all and you have to challenge this order before appellant court that it has caused hardships to you and once this stay order is vacated only then you can construct else you will face contempt of court

Q: Receipt of threatens of suicide and how to take precautions to safe

My elder brother and his wife's relations are not good due to some misunderstandings in their relation(got married in 2023), and we are living jointly in same house. Many times I guided my brother to set right your relation yourself unless involve to anyone but all in vain. My brother's wife many times threaten us that she will committ suicide or file a case against my entire family consisting my father, my wife and my brother(her husband). for not behaving well by my brother with her.

Well what you can do is you can file a representation with the local police station under which you fall by stating all the facts and situations and by mentioning that you are not responsible if such unfortunate step is being taken in moment of heat

Q: Possession delay as stated in agreement ........

Possession is delayed by the builder by 5 months as stated in agreement.Now he is denying for compensation by say there are 6 months grace period for giving possession.Plz suggest

Well you have two remedies which can be availed first remedies you can file a consumer complaint against the Builder regarding your delayed position and the hardships faced by you and secondly you can file a complaint with RERA in whose jurisdiction you are being covered

Q: Need a draft agreement for settlement of expenses and gifts after Roka

Hi, I got Rokafied on 3rd July. However,after 2 months, due to non compatibility of nature with the girl, i denied for marriage. With mutual consent, boys (my) family agreed to pay the expenses incurred on Roka ceremony by girl's side and girls side have agreed to return back gifts given to them. Please send a draft agreement for proof of settlement of expenses and gifts.

Well it is called memorandum of understanding in detail regarding entire inventory it's description and weight etc duly signed by both parties with two witnesses and it has entire detail about settlement

Q: Grand daughter claim share in ancestral property already partitioned

Can a married granddaughter claim a share in ancestral property which has been already partitioned in 1995 through will made in 1994 to son and grandson after the death of the owner in 1995.since then it has been updated in the revenue record

No she can't claim since in the earlier law girls were not entitled to share before 1956 and befotr 2005 and as such she cannot claim any share in the ancestral property ..
