Can a married granddaughter claim a share in ancestral property which has been already partitioned in 1995 through will made in 1994 to son and grandson after the death of the owner in 1995.since then it has been updated in the revenue record

No she can't claim since in the earlier law girls were not entitled to share before 1956 and befotr 2005 and as such she cannot claim any share in the ancestral property ..

Q: Cheque bounced even after sufficient balance in the account

Sir. I had issued check for repayment of loan amount 22784.but check bounced . 590 rupees deducted from account.reason given was insufficient balance .but in my bank there are 50000 rupess. bank is not responding. What to do

Well do one thing write a letter to the bank along with copy of memo and account t statement and call the reason or technical.glitch in the same so that in future you dont have to face same trouble Or you can file complaint with consumer court against bank for deficiency of services or wrong deduction of charge s

Well you can file civil.suit for recovery of rent but for that court fee is annexed with the case . For that old documents between you and tenant are required or if there is any other sort of undertaking by the tenant that can be used

Religion.- Hindism My husband has submitted my documents like aadhar, salary slip,etc to some bank without letting me know( in a hidden way) .I didn't sign any documents.I asked him but he did not reply.What should I do to know about the home loan status? I am worried about it.
