Q: Grand daughter claim share in ancestral property already partitioned

Can a married granddaughter claim a share in ancestral property which has been already partitioned in 1995 through will made in 1994 to son and grandson after the death of the owner in 1995.since then it has been updated in the revenue record

No she can't claim since in the earlier law girls were not entitled to share before 1956 and befotr 2005 and as such she cannot claim any share in the ancestral property ..

well in your situation it is advisable to file a criminal complaint of domestic violence, as well as of misappropriation of articled and cruelty with the magistrate if the police fails to take action.

Q: Cheque bounced even after sufficient balance in the account

Sir. I had issued check for repayment of loan amount 22784.but check bounced . 590 rupees deducted from account.reason given was insufficient balance .but in my bank there are 50000 rupess. bank is not responding. What to do

Well you can file civil.suit for recovery of rent but for that court fee is annexed with the case . For that old documents between you and tenant are required or if there is any other sort of undertaking by the tenant that can be used

Q: Advice in case bank did not give receipt on submission of documents

Religion.- Hindism My husband has submitted my documents like aadhar, salary slip,etc to some bank without letting me know( in a hidden way) .I didn't sign any documents.I asked him but he did not reply.What should I do to know about the home loan status? I am worried about it.

Dear client it is beauty of Aadhar that information you could get from unique number .You can write a letter addressed to bank manager and it's head office in which you ask about your home loan if any status and also about your husband a discreet act they will reply you and in case they don't then legal recourse can be take.
