I am sharing some posts on facebook against the Present MLA of our contituency, and MLA filed a case against me,now i am in big trouble and i dont know what to do next.Please help me out and consult

Q: cheque bounce and victim is in abroad.

is cheque bounce a serious offence? what would be happened if i ma in abroad and my cheque would bounce ??

in present scenario, Yes its a very serious offence covered under NI Act U/S 138...no matter where you are you are fully liable for the cheque issued by you because its a financial liability .

Q: What does "non-bailable warrant be issued against the accused mean"

Today RC/AD has been filed by the complainant against the accused. RC/AD was issued on 21.08.2018 placed on record. It is evident that the period of 30 days had already elapsed. In order to procure the presence of the accused, in an expeditious manner, this court deems it fit for issuing coercive process against the accused. Henceforth, it is directed that non-bailable warrants be issued against the accused for 20.11.2018. What does it means

it means any time police can arrest the accuse and brought him among the Concerned Magistrate. After that this is Hon'ble Courts discretionary power to grant you bail or not. my suggestion is do apply for surrender & bail in the concerned court .Regards

Dear Clientplease consult with IGNOU as you know that this is anational open university which is use to support ODI system based on certain credits. as you already completed two years of your graduation. hope so they will definatly alow you to appear in final year. as the study centers are available every where in india.regards

Q: What legal steps when father is harassed by wife and his son

My dad is very critical he totally paralysed and on the bed by the tortures of my brother and mother by the way he's suffering from alzemir disease and they are doing Ayurveda treatment and there are worse effect on my dad body after that Ayurveda treatment and still my mother and brother are doing same treatments and when I ask why your doing this again and again they openly said we want him to die asap so we can get all his property and I asked my brother what he said i'll do anything with anyone..
