Cheque bounce twice given by the employer. What should I do now?

15-May-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Cheque given by my last employer is bounced twice. I want to send him notice. But my trouble is that I don't know his current address as he has left Indore and working in some company in Gurugram since last few months. Can I send notice on the address of the company which is mentioned on website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs? Office on that address was on rent and no one is there now to receive notice. Will that be official address to send notice? And what will happen when no one receives the notice on that address? I have his email id, Skype id, phone number and whatsapp number which all are working. Will that be legal to send digital copy of this notice on above mentioned platforms?

yes it is possible to send the notice to the known last address or if address has been changed and the noticee is not available on that address then you can issue notice on WhatsApp or on email. for the more detailed discussion just contact us for expert advice in detail. there is no legal issue or technical fault if we send the notice on the last known address.
