Cheque bounce/ time finish/how i will case a file further legal approa

Cheque dated 26/7/19. Two times cheque dishonred for insufficient balance.then he told that I will pay every month installmently. We trust him but he will not keep his promise.and cheque bounce validity also finished. How can legally procced for this case

first issue mandatory legal notice within 30 days of receipt of intimation of dishonour from bank under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act demanding legally enforceable amount to pay with a time period of 15 days.

If you have any promissory note then you can proceed with recovery of money suit. If you don't have any type of promissory note or any loan agreement papers on bond paper then you cannot claim any money. If you have any doubts contact me

absolutely no problem. only to state reasons to the court to condone delay. you can win in this case. but request is so impressive to not to return your complaint.. also ensure your friend should take the summons sent by Court
