Cheque Bounce of Rs.442900/- (4Lakh chit @ 20 months) starts Dec 2022

I am from Hyd, currently working at a private company in Noida. I have paid chit of 20K from Dec 2022 (4Lakh chit @ 20 months). The person should return money in June 24. But he didn't give, instead he gave 2 cheques in July. He is in Hyderabad and Cheques were Bounced at Noida Sector 142, The value of cheques are Rs.442900/-.
How can I proceed legally to get my money back including lawyer fee, court fee and bank charges. How much time it will take to resolve the case.Can I file a case in Noida?
You can file a case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act in Noida, as the cheques were dishonored there. You must issue a legal notice to the person within 30 days of the cheque bounce, demanding payment within 15 days. If they fail to pay, you can file a complaint in the local magistrate's court in Noida. You can also claim the amount, legal fees, court fees, and bank charges. when the cheque is bounce. if bouncing date withing 30 days then you need to serve a legal notice to opposite party by a advocate. after that if he not respond then a complaint case in court under section 138 ni act. yes you can file case in noida court. for more information you can call us.
