Sir mera cheque bounce huwa hai may month mein jiske karan mere pass notice aaya huwa hai court SE.Maine personal loan liya huwa tha main mera three installment pending ho gaya tha lekin jiske karan bank wale NE pata nahi kab cheque laga diya mere Icici bank mein jissein wo cheque bounce ho gaya bank walo NE aisa koi inform bhi nahi diya AUr wo cheque bounce ho gaya.bank walo NE jaankar case kiya hai jaiseunka notice mujhein aaj milahai mujhein apne office SE waise hi pahle koinbhi information nahi diya mere office ya contact karke sir aap batao main kya karu kabhi bhi aisa nahi huwa sir

They had illegally done this thing without informing to the client cheque cannot be withdrawn and if case is filed than we have to fight in the court and don't worry the order will pass in your favor only

Dear aapki matter me aapko aapka bank statement pehle nikalna padenga aur jo amount ke liye aapka chq bounce hua hai use court me advocate rakhke pay karna padenga kyuki me bank ka advocate hi hu so mujhe pata hai
