Cheque Bounce new rules of Percent of amount deposited

Hi Sir, First case: I have filed a cheque bounce case in the court on 6th June 19, I heard that there is a new law came into picture that, we will get some % of the amount on the cheque filed. Will I be getting that % amount now it self?. Second case: I have won the chequ bounce case on 16 November 2018, and the accused has gone for appeal, will i be getting any % of the amount in this case at the time of appeal? Thanks for your advice and help

section 143A of negotiable instruments act was introduced in September 2018. under this section you will get upto 20% of cheque amount as interim compensation at time of framing of charges or at time when opposite party opts for contesting the case.

when opposite side files an appeal, you can claim up to 20% of cheque amount as compensation at time of admission of appeal
