Cheque Bounce ke bad kay process .... advice

some month before maine pune me jab aya tab offline data entry typing job registrion kiya 5000 rs pay kiya simpal typing job bataya. hame din rat puri mehant karke work pura kiya jb submit kiya to error nikal ne lage jab maine objection liya meri galti dikhao kaha to kuch bataya nahi jab bahut piche laga to muje eek job ke three installment three cheqe diya per cheqe 3800 aur kaha jab hum batayege tab hi bank me deposit karna but abhi 2 mahine bit gaye kuch na kuch bahana bana rahe hai maine puri sacchai ke sath kam puri din rat mehant karke kiya tha please please heplp me
Deposit immidiatly cheque in the bank. If dishonour then send legal notice and file the case under 138 NIA. Further file the complaint to police in writing for further payment and also file the case in labour court by producing the agreement
