Cheque bounce charges against me.
24-Oct-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I have taken two wheeler loan in 2014,and not repaid it.2days back police with arrest warrant and said you have come to court on 27th..court has summoned me 2 or 3times before this..but I didn't went to court..so what should I have to do..can I get bail still or will I get arrest.
Appear before magistrate court then take bail appear regularly before Magistrate this is only my opinion in your case, if you not appeared there might have chances you will go behind the bars so take it as a serious note and appear
