Cheque bounce can be cleared with good negotiation power only otherwise you end up paying high amount to the bank as per there notice to recall the loan and declare account as NPA. Reply to notice and then negotiate with them. All the best.

You need to send a demand notice first within 30 days of receiving the return memo from the bank and file a criminal complaint within 15 days of the demand notice. The limitation is strict so make sure you comply with the same. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further.

First of all explain your story, you can close ur case to contact to bank, safe way is go to through court, legally you will be better position and also could not be cheated by anyone, if you have any due of bank you can accept before court and settled ur matter at earlier stage, you should consult a lawyer for better opinion.
