I got carona asymptomatic so couldn't attend the court so as my counsel was absent crucial counter stage which was forefited as he was down with fever now it has reached ex party stage .what are the options/ remedies available to open the case again and submit the counter .

I think you should contact a lawyer immediately, to be see the last order after that you can move a application with your reasonable cause, if court deem it fit, can allow with cost Or without cost but if maximum period bar then may be problem, consult your advocate he will better explain after seeing your case file
