Legal notice received not replied
Their layer sent letter saying the case hearing is on 27.1.20. NO INTIMATION FROM COURT should I attend or send representative ??
First of all you should have sent reply to the legal notice by lawyer. Second, usually, the court sends intimation regarding the first hearing, that is, summon by the court. Given the circumstance it's better to attend the court hearing or else arrest warrant will be issued.
