Accused of cheque bounce is not recieving any notice of court ..he is showing door locked of his house and shop...what should be my next step...or what will be the court's next step
1 In this case the court can issued notice against the concerned SSP of police and also issued notice of IG of police which district belongs to accused.
2. Court ordered the proceedings of 82or 83 crpc against the accused and attached his property and declare absconded the accused.
it is sufficient for accused to presence in the court.

आप कोर्ट के माध्यम से BW इश्यू करवाए।कोर्ट सम्मन भेज रहा होगा और अगर सम्मन पे रिपोर्ट बार बार यही आएगी तो कोर्ट BW काआदेश दे देगा। BW के आदेश होते ही उसको पुलिस रिपोर्ट लगाएगी आपका केस में अगला स्टेप आजाएगा।
