Our advocate has applied for the judgement copies of certified copies after 3 days after judgement how many days will it take to get the certified copies as we dont know what is the main reason for acquiting the accused please guide us as we want to go appeal for the next court.
Dear Sir,
From the date of receipt of certified copies the limitation period starts in order to file appeal before High Court. Sometimes due to heavy work certified copies may not be supplied. At the most 60 days time may be taken to furnish the certified copies thereafter you refer appeal before Hon’ble High Court against judgment of acquittal.
