I have a cheque for Rs.1,90,000/ Notice has been sent on 30/07/2020 Notice returned as REFUSED cover has come back to me Want to file case Pl guide how will I get 20% interim compensation also Pl communicate your fee structure Thanks
yes you can get 20% interim amount by the way of prayer , and your amount is so less , normally we charged 1 lakh or more but here we can charge 50k if you are comfortable then plz contact me , intial amount for drafting , filling, clerical charges are 25k after 2 dates you should have to pay remain 25k balance amount

during this pandemic period , the court is hearing only the urgent matters. As cheque bounce has a limitations in filing of the case, the court is allowing only the filing of such cases but not the hearing. Once the regular courts start functioning then u may apply for interim relief of 20%.

Yes you can file criminal complaint under the provisions of Negotiable Instrument Act and once accuse gets appear in court he has to furnish bail and once the plea get recorded you can move application for interim relief as per the latest amendments in law.
