Kya cheque bounce ke case mai 138 NI act ke sath ek aur alag case chal sakta hai IPC 120b 420 etc ..dono case ki proceedings alag alag court mai ?
Ji han cheque bounce ek separate offence ha or uske liye 138 Ni act me case file kar sakte ho. But ap chahte ha ki alag se ek case file Kiya jaye to wo bhi kar sakte section 406, 420 IPC or chaho to.direct police me report Kara sakte ha.
