To avoid revisit n late penalty I borrow a cheque from my friend in exchange of cash of 9000..n submitted that cheque against my electricity bill. But after some days I got notice from electricity office for cheque bounced. That friend is now avoiding me. What to do. Pls help.
Hello Sir / Madam
Do you have any proof regarding the lending of the amount to your friend ?
You can file civil suit for recovery of that amount against your friend if he / she refuses to return it.

whether the cheque was signed by your friend ? If so , your friend is liable for cheating and prosecution under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act 1881. You are advised to immediately lodge a complaint with the police and also make a representation to the electricity department giving full details of the case. You may take my help at a very reasonable fee.

You Please reply to that legal notice. Why your friend is avoiding may be the reason he knew regarding that cheque will be bounced but that he had given the cheque that time because he could not refuse
