banker harassing and given legal notice even after paying the amount
17-Apr-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
For 70000 Rs. From last 3 years I was paying 3500 rupees only as interest. Later when I calculated the amount it was more than 90k I paied. Once I was not able to pay the amount due to some financial issue. Banker threatened and took my bank Account user name and password, called and abused me, asked to send a mail if I commit suicide he is not responsible, threatened my family and friends. Mentally tortured. Now he bounced my cheque for 225000 and send a lawyer notice. Don't know what to do. I am in very much a stage of depression. I made all my payment via online. Pls suggest.

You are saying a Banker did all these. Strange, you need not suffer all such illegal acts. If you have proof of actual borrowing and repayments why did you write a cheque for Rs. 225000/- . First you reply through an advocate to that legal notice explaining all these.

As a Consumer u can file come before consumer court alleging narrating entire facts and u get justice for harassment meted by u further u can also give reply to bounced cheque and can file private complaint whimsy that bank officer for words uttered.
