amount taken 50,000 in bank account but complainent has filled 9 lakh

i have taken a loan for 50,000 through bank transfer and given a signed & blank cheque as security. now other party has filled the cheque for 9 lakh rs and claiming in the court that he has given 50,000 through bank and 8,50,000 in cash. they are not providing any documentry evidence for 8,50,000 and producing 3 false witness. they have no proof of giving 8,50,000 in cash. only harresing me. does this lack of documentry evidence will go in my favour???

sir if there is no documentary evidence that you received 8.5 lacs in cash then you have a strong case.
the witnesses that are being allegedly claimed by the other party will have to prove their testimony, which will come later in the trial.
you can always exercise your remedy of defence if any legal notice is sent to you for the alleged bouncing of the cheque.

hello client as i can see your issue is really very much serious in the eyes of law. in your matter as you have mentioned here in tht case also you need to file immidiate legal case against your concerned bank other wise yoy will be in Å•eally very bigbtrouble

you have committed mistake by handing over blank signed cheque which was misused by other party. details are required to be examined. nothing to get dishearted. there are enough scope to rebut the allegation and to prove the case false.

You should immediately engage a lawyer having expertise to represent you before the court in the cheque bounce case. The lawyer will apprise you what to do. There is a presumption in favour of the holder of the cheque which you can rebut
