You have already made the delay of more than 2 years in filing the case. So cheque bounce case is not maintainable against the builder. Right now you can file a civil case for recovery againat the builder. I and my team is expert in dealing with these kind of cases. We can meet and discuss the case in detail. For further assistance you can contact me through the lawrato platform. I assure you that you will get your hard earned money in a very short period
the validity of a cheque is for 3 months but on the basis of your claim you can file a criminal complaint against the property dealer and sue him for cheating and other other fraudulent activities done against you.
