Q: A cheque of 16 Lakh issued by a Property dealer in Nov 2015 Bounced

Cheque of rupees 16 lakh issued by Property dealer bounced against property which he could not hand over me at promised place.just after bounce of Cheque,he told that he will pay it soon and not to take legal action.since then,I am following him and not getting any response.please suggest what to do further and please tell fees amount.lt will be better for me to pay fees on the basis of percentage of fees amount after receipt of money of Cheque.

Hello There is time limit of filing cheque bounce cases. Which is already expired. After that expiry case can be proceeded as recovery suit. But again for that suit should be instituted within 3 years. In the coming november that time may also elapse. And about filing the suit you will have bear certain cost intially which we can discuss. Q: Validity of arya Samaj marriage

Meri shadi arya samaj mandir me 1 saal phle hui thi..lekin kisi problem ki wjha se me wo shadi register nahi kara payi..to kya bina shadi register karaye..kya arya samaj mandir ki shadi toot sakti he? Mera husband ab mujhe accept nahi kar raha he..to kya arya samaj shadi valid he bina registration ke ya nahi? Agar mere sasural wale mujh pe case karde to kya ye arya samaj shadi toot to nahi jayegi na?

Arya samaj mandir se bhi aapko ek certificate milta hai aur photographs hoti hai. Kuch witnesses hote hai shaadi ke. Uske baad aap sasural me bhi rahi hogi ek saal toh .Ye ek normal shaadi hai . Aap apne shadi ke documents aur arya samaj mandir ka certificate sambhal kar rakhiye. So tension wali baat nahi hai. Ye ek valid shaadi hai. Main assume kar rha hu ki aap dono hindu hai.

Q: Legal Notice due to cheque bounce of loan repayment

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have received legal notice against of my unsecured loan I have paid 3 emi out of 6, But last 3 emi didn't paid. due to family expense and my medical expense. they sent me legal notice to pay amount. notice period date not mention and also lender company name is not mention on the legal notice, is it valid legal notice. what should I do Please suggest me.

It is difficult to suggest without reading the notice. Since you mentioned that name of the lender and amount is not mentioned . This notice seems to be defective one. So wait for the further time period. Whether the notice mentions the dishonour of cheque or not. ?

Q: bank threatening with 138 notice

Bank took 3 blank cheques while providing me home loan. As of now, I have cancelled the allotment & asked for refund which is delayed & matter sub-judice. As per agreement refund would go to the bank & I can expect the balance money. Because of delays by the builder in processing refund. I have stopped EMI as builder would give refund ( which is delayed ) Now Bank is threatening me with all sort of legal actions, incl Sec 138 by using blank cheques taken from me earlier

Hello,You should write a letter to bank , stating the you have applied for the refund and the refund amount will be credited in the bank account. since you have not taken the allotment you will make the payment when you will get the refund. and to understand the query i will need to read bank loan agreement.For now you don't worry.Regards

Q: Mother of underage girlfriend against homosexual relationship

I am a 20 year old girl and my girlfriend 16 her mom doesn’t approve because of the fact that I am gay and she thinks I turned her daughter gay or imma doing so now therefore she wants to press charges against me. Can she do that?

Yes she can definitely take action against you. And it also matters that whether there is any physical relationship involved . In that case charges will be very serious . Even If no physical relation then also she can involve you in legal thing on fake grounds.
