सर नमस्कार, 138 के केस मे बैंक एरिये के कोर्ट मे ही केस दर्ज होगा या कही भी कर सकते है
The jurisdiction for filling the case is where the drawee bank is situated .The bank in which the Payee presents the cheque fir collection .Legal notice is required to be sent before filling the case. The limitation for fillingvthe case is 45 days. Contact me for further discussion.

जहां चैक प्राप्त करने वाले व्यक्ति का बैंक होगा वहां प्रकरण दर्ज कराया जाएगा। बैंक शाखा जहां चैक अनादृत होकर लौटाया गया है, जिस थाना क्षेत्र के अंर्तगत होगा उसी अनुरूप उसी जगह के न्यायालय में प्रकरण दर्ज होगा।

यदि चेक account payee है तो जहां चेक धारक का बैंक खाता है वहां से चेक बाउंस होने पर उसी स्थान की कोर्ट में केस दर्ज होगा और यदि bearer cheque है तो जहां चेक जारी करता का खाता है वहां से केस दर्ज होगा।
