Salary account remained blocked even after paying fraud amount

a staff from state Bank of India. On September 23 2016 I was suspended for committing fraud amounting to 2,80,000, on 25th September 2016, I Deposited 3,00,000 against the fraud I committed. Now it's been almost 13months still my account is blocked, please help me out
We have to make an application for defreezing of your account
Bank cant do this without following any legal procedure
