I gave my crcredit card miss used by mi brother . now he denies to pay

I gave my credit card to my brother for his business development. After swapping to the max limit of card and payment was happening regular, but due to loss in business now he denies to pay. How can i overcome from this issue?
I don’t have money to pay. He is denying, how I can file case on him.

you can't deny your responsibility for paying all your credit card use which was used by your brother because you have given power and authority to use the credit card so by you and you can also not able to prove that your brother has used the credit card and you can get breathing time to settle the matter
