Under instructions from and on behalf of my client "Bank", I have to address you this notice as follows: 1. That my client is running a business of lending instant short-term personal loans to the salaried employee through a MOBILE DIGITAL APPLICATION known as “Bank” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) a Company incorporated under Companies Act 1956 carrying its operations on Pan India basis and having its registered office at Dadar, Mumbai. 2. My client states that after going through all the terms and conditions and agreeing to the same you had approached my client on 5/7/2019 for a loan amount of Rs. 139000/- and also uploaded all the necessary required documents along your bank account details so that the requested loan application shall be duly a
