Q: Forged signature used to create a joint account

My father forged my signature to open a joint account in SBI and now using all my money without my authorization. Is it possible to file a case against him?

Q: Quashing for 498a/406 should be initiated before chargesheet or after chargesheet?

FIR registered against me by wife in Jaipur, for sec 498a / 406.41a notice already issued. Police investigation still on.Chargesheet not ready yet. Should i initiate quashing now or should I wait for chargesheet first? Girl filed complaint 4 years after separation & 8 years after marriage. Got married in 2011 and complaint/FIR filed in 2019. #HMA

Q: Complaint against packers & movers and courier services.

I paid Rs. 20,000/- for my luggage parsal through the courier services and I was expecting my luggage safety but I got my luggage damaged and bill of Rs. 8,000/- only now they are not taking responsibility. Please help me out.

Q: Insurance issue with Gold Loan

My father has taken the gold loan in 2018 with insurance and in 2019 he renewed the loan and the executive told him that everything is same and all the term and conditions .Unfortunately my father expired in feb 2020 . When we approached the bank then they are saying there is no insurance attached with this loan . We escalated this to sr management of bank then they are saying there is no insurance product available at the time of renewal of Loan . This wsa not conveyed to customer .
