Hi, I have an under-construction property with Amrapali, which is on the verge of insolvency. My question is, can I surrender my home loan by surrendering the property to the bank to stop the bank EMI? Is there any way to stop the bank EMI? Please help.

Please help me. Some time ago, we used to talk on the phone and we were very close. Then I sent him my pictures and some private videos. After two months, he started doubting me and threatened me repeatedly. Finally, one day I gathered the courage to stop talking to him and changed my number. However, he did not leave me alone. He created a fake Instagram account and posted false things about me, claiming I am his wife and uploaded my pictures. He also followed all my relatives and friends whom he knows through me. He calls my father's number morning and evening and threatens to upload my private videos. He has troubled me a lot. First of go to their website and search contacts option and from their you will get the mail id of the company after that write your grievance and send them a mail and take a print of that. If they respond of your mail it's good and if not then file a case against that company for unfair trade practices in consumer forum.
