Can i get rid of a loan my builder took on my name

Is there a way to get rid of home loan which builder took on my profile? Which builder is not closing.
File a suit for declaration that the agreement executed in your name is null and void and you won’t be having any liability arising from that agreement, apart from that file a complaint of fraud against the builder.

Get sit with builder and ask that how you can come out from it . if you do not wish to continue with loan.
If he is not provide you satisfactory response then Complaint to Regional RERA office and also file FIR against him.

yes you can file a case of cheating. you can also send a legal notice to the builder. kindly get in touch with a good lawyer with all the relevant documents and your papers. it is important that the notice we sent be proper else no action will be taken
