Q: Girl threatening to file case staying in live in relation

I am in a relation with a girl and we live in an apartment from last 2 years. i promised her to get married but from last 6-8 months i realized her behaviour is not okay and she always tries me to be her slave by shouting on me unecessarily and she always takes lot of money from me. i told her that i will not marry you then she threatens me that she will lodge FIR against me. i need to get out of this. Please help me, what to do? Religion - HINDU, 25 yr old

U need to contact a lawyer as soon as possible as there are things which needs to be discussed with you personally, it could turn out to be difficult for you as FIR could be registered on the allegations of girl.

Q: if payment stop by drawer and inspite of duly informed by drawer than

3 checque wese given by me to the saler of goods in advance of Rs 300000/-. Goods was send to me by saler and before its reach to me the two cheque became clear and when goods was oped it was found not ok. and then I stop payment of last cheque Rs 100,000/-.and informed to sailer by mail that I stop payment of cheque. but inspiter of that saler present cheque in his bank and its got bounced and he issue notice to me by his counsel and filed a case u/s 138 NI Act. I want to know wheter any releif I can get in this condition or I shall be bound to pay the amount.

You have to contact your lawyer as u need to give reply to the notice sent by the complainant stating the reason for non payment as there is no legally recoverable debt, further it has to be seen whether u returned the material or not .

Q: How to get the policy claim and amount in SBI account of deceased

sir my mother was having account in sbi delhi she passed away due to heart attack on nov 2017 she had suraksha beema of 12 annualy bank is saying they dont know if we will get money or not please help

With regard to policy claim like suraksha beema, you have to contact the insurance agent/ company, the numbers of contact would be on the policy itself, with regard to money in bank account, if there is no nominee in account, u had to get succession certificate from court .

Q: Clarification on liability of guarantee after guarantor's death

Hello Sir, I have signed the home loan guarantee unknowingly the consequences for my friend and he committed sucide 2 years back, He had his company named RF, with was worth 10 crore, but now bank has sent me notice for recovering the money which is about 1.5 crore. His family is also not capable to paying the amount. They have tried to sell the property for 1.4Crore in auction but not able to sell it. I am a middle class person and dont have this much of the amount. Please guide me how can i get out of this.

You had to contact the lawyer immediately as under the DRT act , the liability of guarantor is co-extensive with the borrower. It has to be seen whether bank has invoked the sarfaesi act against the mortgage property. U had to give a proper reply to bank and safeguard yourself as that liability could come up on you as well.

2nd Motion Has Been Filed By Her Lawyer After Getting My Signature. I want to know weather 2nd motion has been filed or not ?if yes then what is a date ?

You have to contact her lawyer to get the requisite details. Second motion would be filed in a court where the first motion was filed and decided, you can check from that court that any case of second motion has ever been filed or not.
