first of tell me if there is any incident of quarrel, beatings, nuisance committed by them..... if yes you could file criminal complaint against them in police station .... and in case police is not taking action then you can go in court against police officials under section 156(3) CrPC....

1954 मे पिता से 76एकड़ भुमि मिली रमेश ने उसमे से 43एकड़ भूमि विक्रय कर दी रमेश 1966मे फौत हो गये फौत के पश्चात रमेश की पत्नी एवंपुत्र का नाम सहखाते के रु्प मे चला आ रहा था रमेश द्वारा अपनी मॉता को नियमीत रुप से परेशान कर घर से बाहर निकालने पर मॉ ने अपनी पुत्री के साथ मिलकर 1/6 हक एवं हिस्से का वाद 1989 मे दायर किया गया वाद के लम्बनकाल की अवस्था मे अपनाहक एवं हिस्सा 1/6,भाग पंजीकउ्त दस्तबरदारनामा लिखदिया था उसके पश्चात मॉता जी2002 मे फौत हो गई एसी परिस्थीती मे क्या पुत्री को अपना एवं मॉ का 1/6,भाग प्राप्त हो सकता है ?

in your querry we need to know few things for which a discussion is required, as per rule the daughter has right to claim equal share but as per the judgement in the year 2005 the daughter is not entitled ..... you should discuss your case with lawyer personally.....

Q: Jurisdiction to file a case under special relief act

Where can a case under section 34 of special relief act be filed? Since a case is already filed on a property by a relative in the local civil court...can the special relief act case be filed in the same court or a higher court?
