Can i get my loan restructure with the help of court

I have money in stock market and till now I have paid everything on time, now I am in a situation unable to pay the dues, can I plea at court and restructure my loans by a request from court

Stock market doesn't keep your money like bank. Stock markets only for buying shares, MF's,derivatives etc.
Your loans is different from your investment's. If you are unable to pay the Loans bank will take legal action against you depends on the loan and loan amount. You don't have any right to plea the court for nonpayment of your loan. Have a nice day.good luck.
