Bank not accepting loan cancellation

Sir i taken a loan form amount of 2.5L personal loan I signed on agreement copy without filling the details but they are charged very high that's why I am ready to close the loan I am ready to pay full amount but they are answering before 6months not possible to close the loan but their website posted before 1st EMI closing is possible. Can i file a case sir??

If the website shows that the preclosuse of PL is possible before 1st emi, contact the customer care immediately. Local branch employees not accept for closing , because their monthly sales target effected. In general personal loans are like byke finance. Oncecyou want to close your account they collect all EMI's from us.
Terms and conditions may vary from bank to bank. Better to close before 1st EMI. Read terms and conditions of your bank. Keep communication to the bank through e-mail for evidence.
