Enrolled in 1991 not getting pay or promotions

Those who are enrolled in Oct 91 they were getting more beneficial and getting regular pramotion and who are enrolled in Dec 1991 onwards are not getting pay as well as regular pramotion and 1995 onwards they were getting regular pramotion and equivalent pay with Dec 92 batch. Request give any solution for take-up case and gets beneficial. Means batch Oct 91 get quick promotions and have more payment onwrd Dec 91 they were get delaid promotions get less payment onwrd 1995 batch get quick promotions and get equivalent pay with Dec 1991 batch, Juniors getting equivalent pay and promotion and 6 moth Senior get dubble pay and fast pramotion. Please give solution if any
