Bank Hold My Account In Which My Salary amount Is Seized

I had taken a loan from co-operative society but due to some circumstances i could not pay my loan regularly but I was paying alternate month. But society file a case against me in arbitration. And arbitration instruct bank to seize my account due to which I could not use my salary and I and my family are is in bad condition and may be we will not survive further. I am in dilema to survive or not. I am a government employee.
If such is the case, then you should move the appropriate authority/court to get your relief without any delay. You may also challenge the arbitration award in court, which is against you, and due to which you and your family are suffering without any fault at your end.

I have been practising as an arbitration attorney and such orders are liable to be set aside forthwith and the court has to see how such orders are also being passed in first instance.

You can go for a settlement with co-operative society or you can file an appeal against the order of the arbitrator and challenge his order and get your account released. There are many ways in legal field where you can challenge and undo the freezing of your account.
