Partnership dissolution & capital recovery dispute

I am a named partner in a signed partnership deed with 10% share and 15 lakh investment in a shrimp farming business. The working partner closed the business without presenting any accounts or returning capital. He has stopped responding. I have the signed deed, bank transfer proof and WhatsApp communications. I want to invoke the arbitration clause in the deed and file for dissolution and recovery.
Since you possess the signed Partnership Deed, proof of investment, banking records and written communications, you appear to have a legally sustainable claim against the working partner for rendition of accounts, recovery of capital and enforcement of your partnership rights.
If the Partnership Deed contains a valid arbitration clause, you may issue a formal legal notice invoking arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking:
