Q: Doubt about Alimony

If husband is ex partie and hasn’t filled his reply also. Will it be considered as a divorce ground? Will It be declared as a divorce? Will wife not get Alimony after this ? Please advise….

Q: Asking for money spent before marriage

Marriage cancelled by girl side(before 10 days of marriage)Now they are asking for money which they have spent before marriage on roka ceremony, Diwali and gifts(2 lacs )What should I do I have also spent money (1 lac)on them(girls cloths,shagun, gifts) apart from that 2-3 lacs i have spent on marriage preparation.One more thing girl said she is graduate but now I found out she is BA fail this was a lie also from their side.

Q: False dowry demand case, and threatening for 376 and 377 case against.

After ring ceremony, girls parents started misbehaving with my parents. When we told them that this way things can't be taken forward. They called us to discuss at a location and bought goons with them to threaten us. We were against dowry since starting, but girls father approached their police station and filed false dowry case against us. Police officer even did not give me the copy of complaint, he just let me read the complaint and said that you have to compensate. What can we do?

Hello,Our house is in the name of my mother, which she wants to sell and relocate. This property was bought in 2006 and type of deed was GPA. This deed was registered at sub registrar office and includes receipt from Registrar office, Agreement to sell, Possession letter, and deed of will. How can she sell this property without any hassle?
