My professional fees for the Section 11 Arbitration Petition before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court would be ₹25,000/-, inclusive of drafting and filing of the petition. Court fees and other out-of-pocket expenses, if any, would be payable separately.

section 11 under arbitration and conciliation act is for appointment of an arbitrator in the dispute where arbitration is mentioned as a remedy in the contract then only an arbitrator is appointed after an arbitrator is appointed it will be following arbitration conciliation act alongwith code of civil procedure,
