Because of certain personal financial problems he was not able to attend as he lives outside delhi and the case is in Sonepat. first of all you have to appear and then apply for bail on the date fixed in the Ld. Court at Sonipat.
based on facts, you surely can contest the case but first of all you have to appear and get bail. if you fail to appear on the date fixed, Ld. Court will issue Non Bailable Warrant.

Hello sir. Once a person has been declared as a PO then you can move High Court for quashing of the order by showing that you were unaware of the pendency of the proceesings and therefore did not file for exemption within the stipulated time. Kindly reach out to me in case you need to discuss this further.

Dear client,
If your friend had issued cheques and that has been bounced, also if that was signed and amount was written by him then , in that case court would accept this bounced cheques as intended to do the same to avoid payment in due course.
now if summons or warrant has been issued against him then your frd must move for AB , or else he may be arrested.
You may contact for the same further legal advice and filing of AB to get his bail.
Thanks
