My elder brother wife commit suicide 28th march.. And her wifes mother
29-Apr-2023 (In Anticipatory Bail Law)
Put him to the jail by saying police nari nirjaton section 306 and 498a ipc .. And police take him to the custudy for 7 days.. After 7 days he is in jail custudy... Is there any possibility make him out on bail by online. Coz since lockdown we can't go the lawyer
now court is closed due to lockkdown there is a notification due to the same as an employee of high court has been detected COVID so now everything is closed till further notice and after that only such is possible you have to wait till then without a given choice

hi, in india specially in the lower courts there is not having any infrastructure to plead a case by online and for that either you should wait or if the local district or addl district judge is there and can file the same, then it can be happen, thought i am very doubtfull about the local situation, if not possible then sorry.
