My wife left my home in July 2021 with my infant son. After she left, she was asking for 20k monthly maintenance and won't come back in matrimonial home. She wanted to make me Ghar Jamai, I refused so she left. She is not ready for divorce in any way. Not filing any case till now. But initially when left she used to threat me that if I don't give money in time she will logde all cases against me and my family. No contact by any means with her from last 20days. Now not accepting my money and gifts for child also. What to do ? Please help with solutions pls pls

hi...in your case and situation you in a best way can notice her asking her desire and there you should mention that you are doing and maintaining all your formalities but as you have left out, hence its not possible to do everything likewise...and then you should wait for reply...and next step would depend upon that.

Q: False promises by travel agent and not refund my advanced without any

I booked two tickets for travelling in Shimla in the month of March 2020. But the travel agent cancelled the tour and said that nobody is interested for travel due to corona virus. I request him to refund my money but he refused and told me that the money is not refund it will adjusted with the next tour in future. But his company brochure it was mentioned that if the tour is cancelled in any unavoidable circumstances then the total advanced is refund without any compensation. When I told him he first refused then agree and committed to me that my advanced will be refund in the month of August 2020. But now when I send him a reminder mail he refused and told me that his business currently not running due to corona when the situation is normal he will contact with me. I have all money receipt and company brochure rules regulations and all email communication with me. Please be advised

hi, in your case you can wait till august and see that if anything is happening then okey otherwise you have to go through legal process, but i suggest to wait till the scheduled time, and later on you can think of the legal option, you can contact me also for the rest.

I have been in relation with my partner for 1 year . Though there is no comitment but he confess that he loves me. But when i come to know that he cheated on me he started abuse me. And it happens for 7-8 months. Now he left me. But i cant overcome from this. So should i sue him for this mental harrasment??

hi, in your case firstly you have to be mentally strong and you are not then definitely there is another possibility to be cheated again, and in your case there is no gain if you file a simple case, if you file a serious allegation against him then you can hackle him. though it will bring your modesty down, which i think is not desireable at all
