Q: Clothing website cheating customers
There is a website, dealing in women’s clothing. They are cheating customers, sending them wrong products. Customers are unable to contact them because their contact number is wrong. Yes of course you can file a consumer complaint against the concerned hospital before the consumer forum but make sure there is strict and cogent evidence to prove the negligence of the said hospital. Also depending upon the money spent in the treatment of the patient jurisdiction will be decided that whether the complaint has to be filed in state district or national consumer forum. For opinion to be more specific more details of the case will be required.

Q: Clarification on deduction of money as retention bonus
I was employeed in a company and the name of the Company is Integrated Resources Staffing Pvt Ltd i had worked there for 1 year and 7 months, the company had asked me to leave with no notice period and also they had been deducting 4100/ every month in the name of Retention Bonus and they had said that after 3 years the candidate will get the money, but in my case i was asked to leave and they had forced me to send a email for resignation. I just wanted to ask if it legel that the company can deduct money from your salary in the name of Retention Bonus.
Advocate Yoothica Pallavi answered
Every company has its own policy on retention bonus plus you will also have to check your appointment letter if it says anything related to that..Although it's illegal to keep the retention bonus by the company but without checking the policy of the company it would not be possible to comment whether you will be entitled for the same or not. Also as you have submitted your resignation letter the situation might be different. But again I suggest you to check the policy of your previous company on retention bonus...and if you are entitled then you can approach labor officer in your area under payment of wages act.
Q: Law against taking multiple degrees simultaneously
I want to know whether there's a law preventing someone from taking multiple degrees simultaneously in India.
Advocate Yoothica Pallavi answered
University Grants Commission (UGC) had accepted a proposal to allow students to take up two degree programmes together in 2013. But as per it's public notice dated 15.01.2016 the UGC does not endorse the idea of allowing students to pursue two degrees simultaneously. So it is not allowed to take two degrees simultaneously.
