Q: NCPCR Complaint 1443. Need assistance to file writ petition.

This is a case of extreme and grievous child abuse. My brother is a very mentally disturbed child who studies in Class 10 Ramagya School Sector 5 Noida. The mother has been brutally beating the child since he was 2 years old. Includes force feeding and tying with a rope . He has been expelled from 5 schools till now. The father is a wealthy IRS Officer who bribes the school to keep my brother in the school. I have videos and audios of abuse. This case has been pending in NCPCR since 8 months.

since the case is already pending with NCPCR you can wait for the hearing as the forum will itself take a call .Still , if you want to expedite the matter plz speak to some the NGO's like bachpan bachao andolan ..1800 102 7222 speak to them

Q: Ipc 376 D मे समझौता हो सकता ही क़्या 3 लोगो का नाम दर्ज है। Please

फ़र्ज़ी 376दो गैंग रेप केस मे समझौता हो सकता है क़्या। अगर उसमे 3 लोग का नाम है fir मे लेकिन 1 की ही गिरफ़्तारी हो चुकी है 1 साल से बाकि के 2 का पता नहीं चल पाया है कौन थे। क़्या ऐसे केस मे समझौता हो सकता है क़्या।

No , there cannot be a compromise in case of 376 . the quashing of FIR can only be done by High court .The allahabad High court has stated a recent judgement on the basis of a case Narinder singh vs state of Punjab that such crime is not to be treated as private dispute since they have adverse affect on societies as well.

निम्न सवालों का जवाब जाने बगैर इस प्रश्न का उत्तर देना गलत होगा।नाना की शादी किस सन ( year) में हुई ।..1956 के पहले या बाद में ।क्या पहली शादी से तलाक के बाद दूसरी शादी हुई? अगर नही तो क्या पहली पत्नी की लिखित रजामंदी थी? यह मामला किस जाति और छेत्र का है ( whether the traditional law was prevailing or not)illegal पत्नी से पैदा हुआ बच्चा क्या नानाजी का ही है ? बेटी किस सन में पैदा हुई 2005 के पहले या बाद में ... ऐसे अनेक जटिल प्रश्नों का जवाब जाने बगैर सलाह देना उचित नहीं होगा ।

Q: Reputed gym cancelled membership after complaint on security and staff

I complained to feedback channel of a branded gym franchiser against one gym outlet about security cameras not working despite claiming in advt that it is a secure premise. I expected they assure me that security measure is taken as the area is isolated and I go late at night. Rather than providing me a respectful response, franchisee cancelled my membership after I made this feedback. also made allegations of profanity which is not true. What can be done for this discriminatory treatment ?

for false allegations you can make a criminal complaint but for cancellation you can move to consumer court,yes they cannot discriminate but they will put some justifying disciplinary ground for your membership cancellation. if you can proove ur part then you must go to consumer court.

Q: Khasara number not mentioned in sale deed.

I have purchased a residential plot in Noida. After 3 moths of registry I notice that Khasara number not mention in my sale deed (Registry). Only village address written in registry. Still I have not apply for mutation. What I do now please suggest.

if the boundary ie ( chauhaddi) adjescent to your plots are mentioned then there are several defined judgements which can help in prooving your location of the plot . there are lot of cases wherein khasra no is wrongly written,this later can be corrected through sub- registrar office .
