i have 8 chqs. for rs. 50000/- of month of feb'17, can i claim against these chqs. as party is not able to refund the money. what can i do?

Act me deri maffi dk prarthana patra laga kar case file kar sakte hai.

Q: How to deal with a false FIR

Sir, A false FIR was registered against my brother by the father of a minor girl under Sec.363, 366, 376 IPC for association in the crime. the girl had fled away with a boy. Now girl and boy has been captured by the police and girl has given statement U/s 164 of CrPC before Magistrate that she loves the boy and was gone with that boy with her own will and denied the association of my brother in any matter. Now we are planning to lodge a complaint for false FIR as it has infringe our reputation and metal disturbance until the girl gave her statement before Magistrate. Plz. suggest the remedies

You can registered complaint of defmation against the father of that girl after submitted final report bu investigation officer in court and court and court will accept the report submitted by investigation officer.

Q: Compensation claim in road accident

Sir/Ma'am One of my relative met with an road accident .in which he lost his life within 24hrs of accident .and now he has wife as head of family and two daughters .so what claims can family get as the bread earner is nomore among them

it is must required the age and monthly income of dead person for calculation his claim and family distribution. claimant will prove his or her relative income. there is a table in motor vehicle act for calculating the claim.

Q: Can i take Divorce from wife in both condition mutual or single

Hi ! i was married in last may 2015. I have a daughter of 3 months. In this 18 months of marriage my wife family full interfare in my family matter. Everymonth they do meeting in my house with politician and police and they make a pressure on me and my family. And my wife give full support of her parrents. I m so dispointed. I m in a goverment job and belong a middle class family. I m so tired . Every day a new issue is come. Sir i want to take a divorce with my wife. But i afaired in matter of my family because i do not want that my family undergoes to some problem by me. So sir please advice me that there is any way that i take a divorce and my family will be safe hand.
