Q: Booked a studio apartment builder delayed possession for 5 years

I have booked a studio apartment with Logix Zest, Sec-143, Noida in Oct 2012.The possession date as per the buyer's agreement was 24 months.It is more than 5 years now and in the tower in which i have booked will take atleast 2 more years for completion. I believe your value of goods would be under 1 crore so you can file a consumer complaint before State Consumer court at Lucknow or Delhi seeking refund of your money along with interest and compensation for delay in possession. Or you can create a group of people willing to take action against builder so you all can collectively file the consumer complaint before National consumer court at Delhi.
