I have been disowned by my parents from their properties under the pressure of my elder brother.\nOn discussion now they are again agreed to share their properties between us.\nNow I would like to publish a Public Notice in leading National Newspaper on their behalf by cancel the earlier public notice.\nIs there any kind of documents required from my parents or otherwise and what is charges/fees.\nWith regards

giving notice in newspaper does disentitle or can disown you from property thus they are required to get order from court to disown you properly so trchnically you are not disowned by your father.just give another public notice for owining you will nullify the effect.further consultatuon, free to contact me.

you have to make a complaint to MCD and as well as local electrictity board(eg if BSES gives you bill then you have to make a complaint to BSES) for an immediate action.if you want to know in detail how to proceed,you may contact me so that we give you relief as soon as possible.
